SCANDINAVIAN BURGER
1 pound lean ground beef
¾ cup shredded zucchini
1/3 cup shredded carrot
2 tablespoons finely minced onion
1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill seed
1 tablespoon salt Dash of freshly ground pepper
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup beer
Preheat grill.
Combine ground beef, zucchini, carrot, onions and seasonings in medium bowl; mix lightly. Shape into four patties.
Grill 8 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. Serve on whole-wheat buns or rye
rolls, if desired. Makes 4 servings
