This All Clad 4 quart stainless steel sauce pan features a beautifully polished, magnetic stainless exterior with a pure aluminum core that not only covers the bottom of the pan but also extends up the sides. This allows for great heat conductivity as well as an even heat distribution so you won’t have “hot spots” when cooking on stainless steel interior cooking surface. Long, polished stainless steel, stay cool handle. The handle on your All Clad is secured with sturdy, non-corrosive rivets and it is dishwasher safe.
