This allows for great heat conductivity as well as an even heat distribution so you won't have "hot spots" when cooking on it's nonstick interior cooking surface. Long, polished stainless steel, stay cool handle. The handle on your All Clad is secured with sturdy, non-corrosive rivets.

All-Clad Stainless is compatible with an Induction stove top, gas and electric.
