This fry bottom  is made of .080 hard sheet 3004 aluminum with tapered side, rounded corners, flat bottom and a highly polished finish. The tapered side and rounded corners, as well as a stamped upright riveted to the pan, is ideal for stovetop frying. This well balanced with large, stamped steel handle securely attached with three heavy aluminum rivets.
